Return Policy and Refunds


For all the printing problems related to products, you can approach our customer care. If there is some printing error and you wish to get it exchanged, you must return the products within 3 working days. Name of the courier service and consignment ID for the return order must be communicated within stipulated time.

In case of defect in printing, we will be able to accommodate only exchange/rectify requests. No refund requests will be accepted for such errors.

  • TRACKING OF SHIPMENT function to be added under CUSTOMER SERVICE tab at the bottom of the page
  • REMOVE the PRICING details from the ALL ABOUT PRINTING function
  • Specify CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE available from 11am – 6pm
